These glass beads were made in Europe in the late 1800's/early 1900's and transported to Africa where they were used as money (and highly valued).
Great to use in your jewelry, but also great to display. Will increase in value!
- Authentic Kakamba disc beads in a beautiful Coral Red colour with White
- They are named after the Congolese town of Kakamba.
- Size: approx 10,2 mm across each (may vary from appr. 10,1 to 10,3 mm - most are 10,2) - length approx 5 mm - hole approx 1 mm
