• All prices are in Euros.
• Colours of items: Please note that some devices will show the colours more bright/differently. Your PC or laptop probably will show the colours truest. On your mobile phone they will differ more.
• Please do read the article description carefully, because this will give you more information. Please do not hesitate to contact us (before ordering) when you have questions. 

SHIPPING&PAYMENT

• You can pay your order by various banks/Paypal etc. For all information/choices, see the Payment Methods page
• We ship to the Netherlands, various European Countries & the USA and Australia: see the shipping costs page
• Shipping costs: see the shipping costs page - all costs are in Euros.
• Shipping costs are calculated in your grand total (weight per item/total weight of order + your shipping address/country) 
• When you want to have your parcel shipped registered and insured, please option for 'paying by pre transfer'. Do not pay us yet, but contact us, so we can change this shipping method and the shipping costs. We then will send you your right grand total, so you can pay us. 
  After your parcel has been mailed, we will send you the track&trace code, so you can follow your order.
• We ship your order on the same or the following business-day, after we have received your payment. We will confirm the actual shipping day to you by e-mail. (No shipping during weekends/on national holidays)

​SHIPPING ADDRESS/BILLING ADDRESS

• In your shopping cart you option (for a correct calculation of shipping costs) for the country the order needs to be shipped to and the payment method of your choice.
• You then check out (as guest or with an account).
• At the page where you have to fill in your billing address/shipping address information, you can choose for a different delivery address/country if this is applicable.
• In that case, click the box for 'different delivery address'. You will see that the delivery address country is the same as the country you have opted for in your shopping cart. The billing address may be in a different country.

RETURNS

• You can return an item to us, up to 14 days after ordering.  Please do contact us first for return instructions. We will not pay your return-shipping costs, nor credit order-shipping costs.
