Antler-tip, teeth, handcarved bone skull beads, wooden beads with engraved symbols, lava rock, agate eyebeads, black & striped agate beads, jasper beads and coco beads. Antique silver tone (nickle free) metal clasp and beads.
See last photo/drawing with sizes, this necklace wears around your neck as a 56 cm necklace and falls on your breast (because of the 9 cm long antler-tip) as a 74 cm long necklace. (you could use a string of those lengths to see how this necklaces fits you)
